We work to minimize our impact across the entire data center lifecycle, starting with thoughtful site selection. We prioritize locations with strong renewable energy potential and evaluate opportunities to repurpose former industrial land—like retired coal plants—for sustainable redevelopment.  

Our designs prioritize efficiency and resource stewardship. That includes whole-building life cycle assessments, low-carbon and recycled materials, and advanced water conservation techniques such as recycled-water cooling and rainwater harvesting. By achieving low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), we reduce environmental impact and support more efficient outcomes for our clients.  

Investing in People and Community

Our people are our strongest asset and key differentiator. We’re committed to building an empowered, diverse team because a wide range of perspectives strengthens decision-making and reveals new opportunities.  

That commitment extends beyond our walls. We view the communities where we operate as essential partners—funding public improvements, adapting designs based on community feedback, creating public benefits like community parks where possible, and partnering with local high schools and community colleges to support education and workforce development.

Integrity is the bedrock of how we operate. We demand supply chain transparency—seeking a clear understanding of how the materials and equipment used in our projects are procured, manufactured, and assembled. Safety is non-negotiable, guided by a fundamental mission: ensuring every person who works on our sites returns home each day in the same condition they arrived.
