Matt has 20 years of experience in telecom engineering, critical infrastructure acquisition, corporate banking, management consulting, and commercial negotiations. He spent the previous 12+ years at Google leading over $5B of global infrastructure acquisitions, and led data center site selection strategy, third-party data center leasing, utility interconnections, and land acquisitions across the Americas and Asia. While at Google, he recognized the need for a data center company that truly understood customer needs and founded Crane. Matt holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Adam has 13+ years of mission critical infrastructure experience. At Facebook, he led teams responsible for operationalizing some of the world’s largest and most advanced data centers. He has first hand experience in MEP and architectural design, construction, and operations. Prior, he led 1400+ person teams executing complex construction projects in excess of $75M at Shell. He holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Connie has extensive experience building teams and helping some of the world’s fastest growing startups and largest technology companies scale including Slack (acquired by Salesforce), Twitter, and Google. He has excelled at developing long-term strategic relationships within the data center industry’s highest growth companies—continuously increasing bottom line. However, Chris believes true success is defined by his clients’ experience and growth. Most recently serving as the VP of Business Development & Sales at T5 Data Centers, Chris has over 17 years of sales experience in the infrastructure technology space.

Nate has 25+ years of experience working in telecom planning, data center design, implementation, and power systems operations. He spent the last 15 years at Google working on globally scaling data center and network infrastructure to be the largest and most distributed in the world, and led teams managing network and power needs. He received a B.S. in Marine Systems Engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point.

Sasha has 10+ years of experience in internal operations, administration, and project management and coordination. Her background includes work in the research and nonprofit sectors, including founding a successful nonprofit organization (One Found Sound). She holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon.

Chelsea has 12+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Her considerable experience includes site selection, land development and investment. At Google, Chelsea was involved in more than $5 billion of global infrastructure investments and held multiple roles, including leading development of best practices for the company’s global site selection and portfolio management team. As Site Acquisition and Development Lead, Chelsea believes two things are fundamental to success: asking the right questions and thinking creatively.
