Justin Kelly is a seasoned infrastructure leader recognized for elevating operational standards, championing safety, and developing high-performing teams within mission-critical environments. With a career shaped by hands-on experience in engineering, operations, and team development, Justin is known for his ability to strengthen organizational culture, optimize performance, and ensure the resilience of complex infrastructure systems. He excels in fast-paced environments where precision, accountability, and clear communication are essential and consistently drives results through a team-centric, solutions-focused approach.
Prior to Crane, Justin served as Critical Operations Manager for STACK Infrastructure. He led major safety and training initiatives, oversaw OPEX and CAPEX procurement, guided the professional growth of the operations team, and approved all site MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs. He played a key role in construction and commissioning oversight, incident investigation, and presenting operational insights to multi-client stakeholders. Justin is also highly proficient in data center trending, analytics, and advanced site-monitoring systems.
Earlier at STACK, Justin built a reputation as a subject-matter expert in electrical and mechanical systems including UPS technologies, chillers, transformers, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH units, STS/ATS systems, and life-safety infrastructure. His work included developing highly detailed technical procedures, revitalizing maintenance programs, coordinating complex vendor operations, and enforcing strict safety protocols aligned with NFPA 70E and company standards.
Justin began his career as a Field Service Engineer with Eaton Corporation, where he served as Oregon’s lead UPS specialist supporting Fortune 100 clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Oregon Institute of Technology.
