Sean Keenan

As Vice President of Leasing at Crane, Sean is responsible for customer acquisition, leasing strategy, and partnership development efforts across North America. With more than two decades of experience in data center and IT infrastructure sales, Sean brings a proven track record of driving growth, cultivating strategic relationships, and delivering tailored colocation and infrastructure solutions.

Before joining Crane, Sean spent over a decade at NTT / RagingWire Data Centers, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s U.S. footprint. During his tenure, he led national account strategies, executed multimillion-dollar leasing agreements, and consistently exceeded growth targets by developing long-term partnerships with global technology and enterprise clients. His contributions were instrumental in positioning NTT as one of the premier providers of mission-critical data center solutions in the Americas.

Sean also held senior sales and leadership roles at Element Critical, Bandwidth Infrastructure Group (Bandwidth IG), and Aplena, Inc., where he was responsible for growing the regional markets, building sales pipelines from the ground up, and establishing new strategic partnerships within the data center ecosystem. His deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of leasing enables him to bridge the gap between engineering, operations, infrastructure, connectivity, AI, and client requirements - ensuring efficient, scalable, and future-ready data center solutions.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he brings a consultative, customer-first approach to every engagement, with a passion for delivering value, reliability, and innovation in the mission-critical industry.
